Early Help Offer
Early help is about our children, young people and families getting the right help at the right time, before issues get worse.
We want all our children and young people, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), to achieve the best possible outcomes and receive the support they need when they need it most.
The purpose of early help at Brimcombe C of E primary is to prevent issues and problems becoming serious and harmful to the child, young person, family and community.
We work closely with our area Early Help Coordinator for advice on a wide range of issues as well as signposting families to external support available to them. Our teachers and SENCo are available to talk to and discuss any issues or problems.
You can email our SENCo (Mrs Singh) and our SENCo support (Mrs Adamson) direct: firstname.lastname@example.org
You can also organise a meeting with our parent support advisor Mrs Adamson
For more details about the many agencies we work with to support our young people and families please read more about our early help offer in our safeguarding policy. Please see below the Early Help Flowchart
