We are delighted to welcome you to Robin Class, where children begin their journey through school. Robin Class is a dedicated Reception year group.  We are guided by our school motto, “Let love and kindness be the motivation behind all you do,” we also strive to show our core Christian values of kindness, courage, respect, friendship and responsibility, encouraging children to support one another, make positive choices and take pride in who they are.

Our teacher, Mrs Blanch, is currently on maternity leave, so we have a fantastic new teacher called Miss Llewellyn - she's great and Mrs Jowett is wonderful too!

In Robin Class our teachers aim to create a life-long love of learning through exploration, high-quality teaching and texts, supported adult-led tasks and child-initiated play.  Our Reception team provide lots of exciting opportunities to encourage curiosity and learning.

Our class provides a safe, nurturing environment where each of us is encouraged to be the best we can be and where it is safe to make mistakes because our adults are here to help us to learn.

Our adults will help us to be independent, resilient and caring, and they model and encourage this in all that they do.
