Our uniform is designed to ensure that children have a shared identity within our school but also can be easily identified outside of school. We allow small adaptations to our uniform for children with SEND, if applicable.  Most items can be purchased from local supermarkets and those items with a Brimscombe School logo can be purchased from Batemans Sports in Stroud town centre.  We also have second-hand uniform sales throughout the year.

Approved school uniform

Grey skirt/pinafore dress/shorts/trousers or blue and white checked or striped dresses.  

Royal blue locoed polo shirt, Brimscombe royal blue sweatshirt or cardigan. 

Plain white or grey, short or knee-length socks or black, navy or grey tights.  School shorts should be of an appropriate length which allows children to sit comfortable, even when worn over tights. 

Shoes should be flat, black, robust and appropriate for school. Your child should wear shoes which they can fasten independently. Please do not send your child to school in shoes which prevent them from running in the playground (e.g. open toe sandals or crocs) 

PE kit

Navy blue/black shorts or jogging bottoms (dependent on weather) 

Plain Brimscombe round neck t-shirt. 

Suitable trainers which children can fasten independently.
