    Goodwill Evening Lantern Parade

    Brimscombe pupils took part again in the annual lantern parade. This  year the theme was 'Wild.'  The lanterns looked fantastic with silhouettes really standing out. A great turnout of Brimscombe parents and children and a thoroughly enjoyable evening.

    Our School's Beat officer visited  to talk to KS2 children about staying safe online and on social media .  A very informative talk and a good example of positive policing for our pupils.

    A time for giving...

    A Christmas act of kindness from our youngest pupils. Children from ladybirds pre-school and Robins visited kids' Stuff at Brimscombe Port to donate toys and books they had collected for this brilliant charity.

    Y5/6 Visit Stroud Book festival

    Children from Otter Class had a great time at the Stroud Book Festival. They enjoyed a talk by author Onjali Q Raúf which  was followed by an exciting poetry workshop by Joseph Coelho. An inspirational morning and a lovely Autumnal walk back to school along the canal path...

    Children's Community Action

    OHBOT robotics visit

    We sent a group of young engineers to th OHBOT production line at Chalford. Many thanks to Dan for letting the children assemble some of these brilliant robots and well done to the children who did such an excellent job following the complex instructions.
