On friday 9 June five KS2 students spent the day at Cheltenham College as part of Cheltenham Science Festival. The day provided a great opportunity to learn how science is addressing the issue of expanding humans populations. They looked at how biology is developing plants that are stronger, and more resistant to disease including looking at their own cells under a microscope. They looked a buildings of the future their design, strength and asthetics and made some hydrogen whilst working out how it might power vehicles of the future. A fascinating day.....
