PE- Dance
Kingfisher class took part in their first dance session this week with the help of a fantastic dance instructor. They managed to learn al series of new dance moves and all made brilliant progress. Well done!

17/02/23DT- Pizza making!
For their class reward Kingfisher class made pizzas today. They chose their own toppings and rolled out the dough to make some of their bases. They even used some of their instructional writing from writing lessons to help them to remember all the key steps. The pizzas were all delicious!Read Full Story

As part of love and kindness day the children wrote cards to different organisations in our local community. The letters were then delivered and the people who received them were delighted!Read Full Story

This week in Geography the pupils have been learning about the Tropics of Cancer and Capricorn. They located these countries in atlases and then created a real life version of these lines of latitude with key information about countries. Great work!Read Full Story

Kingfisher class have been learning about the Equator in Geography. In their first lesson they used atlases to locate countries on the Equator, found these locations on blank maps and then investigated the climate using Google Earth. Great work!Read Full Story

The focus this half term has been the Blues and they have been learning about famous artists such as Bill Withers.
