    This lesson we learnt about the different ways Muslims celebrated the festival of Eid! The children found it interesting to discuss some of the parallels between Islam and Christianity. Great work!

    Science-Changing states

    The pupils took part in a Science enquiry where they observed changes over time. They put chocolate in different temperature water and timed how long it took to change state. They also ensured certain factors remained the same to ensure it was a fair test. Great work all!

    Gloucester Museum trip!

    Kingfisher class had a fantastic day visiting the Gloucester museum. They took part in various activities linked to the Roman legacy in Gloucester. They even managed to go underground and explore the original Roman walls located at Easgate street!

    Kingfisher class have just finished their writing unit all about Haiku poetry. The pupils investigated key features of Haiku poems and then developed their vocabulary. They all managed to produce stunning poems based on an autumnal theme!

    Anti Bullying Week 2022

    The theme for Anti Bullying Week this year is 'Reach out.' The children discussed what bullying is and the different ways they could reach out for support. They then produced superb collaborative posters which will be displayed in the classroom!
