To support their learning in History, Kingfisher class visited the Corinium museum in Cirencester. They took part in a range of learning activities in their workshop and even managed to dress up as Romans!

Kingfisher class had the task of composing music to go with story writing. They worked in groups, one reading a passage full of suspense, while the rest played along. Noisy fun and some very creative responses and written notation.
The children have been revisiting some key learning in Maths and have worked in pairs to solve different fluency, reasoning and problem-solving challenges!
Kingfisher class have been creating shapes during their gymnastics unit of PE. They have been focusing on developing these shapes and forming a routine. The performances so far have been excellent!
As part of their Geography learning, Kingfisher class walked around their local area and recorded information about it. They will use this information to build up an accurate representation of Brimscombe.
