Kingfisher class have been focusing on addition and subtraction this week. The year 4 children have been working with numbers up to 4 digits and year 5 children with more than 4 digits. All children are now able to accurately add and subtract including exchanging. Well done!

This lesson Kingfisher class took part in a practical enquiry to measure the weight and force of different objects. The children recorded the results accurately and then investigated possible links between their results.

Kingfisher class used a range of resources to produce some wonderful posters in their RE lesson this week. The posters focused on what the Five Pillars of Islam are and why they're important to Muslims.

Kingfisher class have been working on their Place Value skills in Maths this week. They used base 10 to help them to answer a range of questions involving 4 and 5 digit numbers! Great effort everyone!
