Today, our lesson was on repeated addition and timetables. The children were builders, and they needed to build a brick wall with a total value of 32. The materials they had were LEGO pieces with a value of 8, 4 and 2.

Once they had found a way of building the wall with the value of 32 they needed to find multiple ways.

The final challenge was to build a wall with the 64 as the total and find what combinations of bricks would work.
