Welcome to Kingfisher Class, a happy and welcoming Year 4 and 5 community where curiosity, creativity and confidence can really flourish. Guided by our school motto, “Let love and kindness be the motivation behind all you do,” we also live out our core Christian values of kindness, courage, respect, friendship and responsibility, encouraging children to support one another, make positive choices and take pride in who they are.

In Kingfisher Class, we have high expectations for both learning and behaviour, while making lessons enjoyable, engaging and full of opportunities to explore new ideas. We also provide a range of enrichment experiences that bring learning to life and create lasting memories.

We strongly encourage good attendance, as being in school every day helps children feel confident, keep up with their learning and make the most of everything we offer. I am always outside each morning to warmly welcome the children into class, helping them start the day positively, and I am always on hand to support both children and families whenever needed.

Together, we aim to nurture confident, kind learners who are ready to reach their full potential.
