The wellbeing of our children at Brimscombe C of E (VA) Primary School is of the upmost importance to the school community and therefore pastoral support and care is taken very seriously.  We consider this key in making sure, not just the children but our staff are supported and cared for. 

Mrs Adamson our ELSA (Emotional Literacy Support Assistant) is highly skilled to deliver bespoke emotional and social development interventions for our children, and works closely with our SENCo and all teaching staff.  

Regular wellbeing surveys are provided for the children and staff and our strong pastoral care and regular reporting to our governing body keep it top of our priorities.  We have dedicated governors assigned to support the wellbeing of our staff and all the children in our care.
